I am loving this link up. Jane is super sweet.
It has been stretching me to write about verses.
Thinking about the meanings and how it can apply to my life.
THEN sharing ... Yeah that is where I am s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g.

Isaiah 30:15
In repentance and rest is your salvation;
in quietness and trust is your strength,
but you would have none of it.
Over the summer we went to Disney.
We spent a day at the pool.
To my surprise
this duck would just swim with all of us.
I have never seen a duck just swim in a pool.
Maybe a lake or an open body of water.
But a pool??
Duck wasn't scared or fretting.
Just peacefully swimming with all the
jumping, splashing kids.
Sometimes in my life I don't run to God.
I don't turn to Him when I am
struggling, (I am a do it myself kinda gal.)
When I try to do things on my own I don't have a lot of peace
or rest.
I picked this picture,
like the duck swimming so peacefully
so can I
when I turn to God.
